Wonderful Homestay cum Hotel in Mukteshwar with Nice Food & Services

Our stay was really nice. We booked a 2 BHK cottage, which is outside the property premises but has got all the necessary services from the resort. The cottage is fully furnished and has a private deck sit out. Food and services are great too. Overall a must visit place to stay if you're visiting Mukteshwar or nearby tourist places like Nainital. Except a little issue in internet connection, everything was as per our expectation.

Initially, the idea of 21 nights stay seemed ambitious. We were worried about the food & other facilities. But I'm really glad that the property and the team made our long stay great. Food was prepared in homely style. We also visited their café and bakery where we enjoyed great stuffs. Internet connectivity was little inconsistent, but we could manage our important tasks. If you're planning a long stay, prefer rooms at 1st floor for better outer view.

We stayed in Chirping Orchard in first week of Nov 2022. The resort’s location is perfect. One can see Himalaya right from the property during sunny day. They have two flat garden which is unique to this property compared to others. They have planted lots of tree like apple, apricot and many many varieties of plants and flowers. Both gardens were Piush green and well maintained. One can play good amount of games in both gardens. They have cricket bat, badminton rackets, playing cards and throwing disc. They have a swing in one of the garden which is strategically placed in terms of view of the whole valley. Plus the swing was quite in demand with kids. The whole area and surrounding is very quiet. We never heard a car horn or any unwarranted noise for three days. They have a dog (named brownie) on property but that also never barked 😊. One can simply sleep in garden under sun and just unwind. The food was awesome. We especially called Chef and complimented him for his cooking skills. Awesome!! They make apple extract. Sort of spread but it is pure extract with no sugar and no chemicals. If you go there then worth a try with bread toast. The staff members Harish, Rajesh and Himanshu were extremely courteous. The service was quick. We faced absolutely no issue during our stay. The resort owner Mr Alok was very courteous and helpful. The only suggestion is around housekeeping. Had they changed towels, clean room and changed used tea cups and glasses without us asking then it would have made the already awesome experience completely topnotch. Overall the resort location is awesome. Very quiet and surreal place. Very good food and well managed property. Extremely courteous staff.

Staying at Chirping Orchard was great fun. We visit them almost every year. Rooms on the 1st floor are spacious and comfortable for senior citizens. It also has commanding views of the valley. Staff is very cordial and flexible. Meals are freshly cooked and have balanced oils and spices. I particularly love their open area.

Visited Chirping Orchard on July 10 for four days. Nice views and great food. The orchard was full of apples and pears. Rooms on the 2nd floor give you views from the bed itself. One can just sit in the the balcony and keep enjoying the unobstructed views.
